Six Sigma Course

Course Length: Five Days

Overview:

This Six Sigma class is mapped to the rigorous American Society for Quality (ASQ) certifications that exist in the Body of Knowledge (BOK).  Emphasis will be placed on the BOK that is common to both Black Belt and Green Belt classes.  ASQ uses the DMAIC model to define its core BOK, consisting of Define, Manage, Analyze, Improve and Control concepts that are crucial to successfully passing the ASQ Six Sigma test.  The following outline follows the BOK necessary to master the DMAIC methodology.

Audience:

For Professionals who are interested in obtaining Six Sigma Training for the purpose of either Certification, or applying Six Sigma concepts to a current or future employer.   It is very helpful for the individuals to have worked in a project team, or have been part of a Six Sigma organization.  If you desire to certify as a Black Belt, past experience and documented project experience is expected.
