Our ITIL Training Courses

Premier Knowledge Solutions offers a number of ITIL training courses designed to educate students and prepare them for obtaining ITIL certifications. Our most popular ITIL training course is the ITIL v2011 Foundations course. This course will prepare individuals for the ITIL 2011 Certification exam. This ITIL certification is an excellent tool for helping individuals and IT professionals to advance their careers in the IT field. Our ITIL 2011 training course is easy to follow and has a 97% pass rate for all students who take the ITIL 2011 certification exam after completing the training course at our St. Louis computer training center; you have your choice of attend in-person at our St. Louis Learning Campus or virtually via our live, virtual instructor-led training option.

In addition to the popular ITIL 2011 training course, Premier Knowledge Solutions also offers a number of additional ITIL courses that are designed to teach ITIL best practices and to help IT professionals and students that are interested in obtaining any ITIL certification. All of our ITIL courses are eligible for PDUs via our partnership with ITPreneurs & PeopleCert and include both a printed and digital copy of the courseware.

  • ITIL v2011 Awareness: This one day course is designed to give an overview of the methodologies and implementation behind ITIL.
  • ITIL Foundations: This popular, basic ITIL training course combines short lectures, practical group exercises, and quizzes to help students understand and apply ITIL 2011 principles. This course also includes a sample exam and test taking tips to prepare students for the optional ITIL Foundation Certification Exam. This course carries 21 PDUs.
  • ITIL Practitioner: The ITpreneurs case study driven ITIL Practitioner course offers practical guidance for professionals on how to adopt and adapt ITIL for their organization. This course is the next logical step for individuals who have earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate and are familiar with the ‘what’ and ‘why’ of ITIL. ITIL Practitioner will focus on the ‘how’.
  • ITIL Service Strategy Lifecycle: The ITIL® v2011  SS (Service Strategy) course is part of the ITIL® v2011 Intermediate Lifecycle certification stream. The course prepares candidates to take the ITIL® v2011 Service Strategy Intermediate exam as well as proving valuable knowledge that can be implemented in the workplace.   • ITIL Service Transition Lifecycle: The ITIL® v2011 ST (Service Transition) course is part of the ITIL® v2011 Intermediate Lifecycle certification stream. The course prepares candidates to take the ITIL® v2011 Service Transition Intermediate exam as well as proving valuable knowledge that can be implemented in the workplace.
