Premier Knowledge Solutions' Inclement Weather Policy

Should we need to cancel our classes for any reason due to weather conditions, we will leave this information on our Inclement Weather Hotline: 314.450.4734. It is the students' responsibility to call this number by 6am the day of their class.

Inclement Weather & Class Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event of inclement weather, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control PKS reserves the right to reschedule said class. Under these circumstances we will leave a message at 314.450.4734 regarding delayed starts or Learning Campus Closures due to adverse weather conditions. If you are unable to attend a class due to weather, and we have not cancelled the class it is your responsibility to notify PKS by 12pm the day of the class or forfeit your registration fee. If you need to cancel for other reasons, we ask that you do so at least ten business day prior to the start of your class to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations received 10 or more business days from start of class have no cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 10 business days carry a 100% cancellation fee.
