As a leading St. Louis computer training provider, Premier Knowledge Solutions takes the safety of our students and employees very seriously. Therefore, on days when inclement weather is an issue, our management team will update our Inclement Weather Hotline each morning by 6 am with information about campus closures or late class starts. If our computer training campus is not closed, but a student feels that they cannot safely make it to class, we leave this decision to the student’s discretion. Students who determine that they are unable to attend scheduled classes because of inclement weather conditions will be able to reschedule at no charge for the same class in the future assuming that the student contacts us by noon on the day of the class to let us know they will not be attending due to weather. In the event that our computer training campus is closed due to weather conditions, we will reschedule all computer training classes and make-up days as soon as possible. Students will be notified of the date change for any rescheduled classes.

St. Louis Computer Training Class Cancellation Policy
In case of inclement weather, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, Premier Knowledge Solutions reserves the right to reschedule our computer training classes as needed. In the event that any of these circumstances do occur, we will leave a message regarding delayed starts, class cancellation, or campus closure on our Inclement Weather Hotline at (314) 450-4734.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled computer training class for reasons other than inclement weather, we ask that he or she contacts Premier Knowledge Solutions at least ten business days prior to the start of a course to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations received ten or more business days before the scheduled start of a class will have no cancellation fee. For cancellations that are received less than ten business days prior to the start of a class, the student will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
The inclement weather and class cancelation policy for dedicated, private computer training classes developed for our Federal Government customers will utilize the same inclement weather policy as the Federal Government. Therefore, our Federal Inclement Weather Policy is as follows:
- If the Federal Government is closed, all Federal computer training classes are cancelled.
- If the Federal Government is not closed, Federal Government computer training classes are held as scheduled.
- If the Federal Government delays opening, Premier Knowledge Solutions will open and begin Federal Government training classes at 9:00 AM.
- If the Federal Government announces Liberal Leave, Premier Knowledge Solutions will remain open and private Federal Computer training classes will continue as scheduled.
