What is PKxSpanse Learning? A Learning Option which allows our customers to train their employees across the United States, or world, simultaneously, at their desks. .

Students still receive all the benefits of our traditional Instructor-Led Training which includes lecture, labs, interactive discussions, quizzes and questions, while will reduce your training budget and expenses and accomplishing your training needs.

What Classes are available via PKxSpanse Learning? All classes available via the PKxSpanse Learning format are denoted with an "*" on our Technical Schedule.

Can PKxSpanse classes be delivered in a custom, dedicated format? Yes, all of the regular PKS Offerings such as custom training for your employees is available via PKxSpanse Learning.

How Does PKxSpanse Learning work?

Students log-in to GoToMyPC and Live Meeting each morning (computer specifications will be sent to each participant in advance) to participate in the course.

Premier Knowledge Solutions will send each student the courseware manual(s) and a headset required for each course on week prior to the start of the course.

Labs and interactive questions are built-in to PKSXpanse Classes, like any course at Premier Knowledge Solutions to foster an active, engaging learning experience. Students are encouraged to use their headset as a means to ask questions, discuss classroom topics and participate in the course as a whole.

The PKS instructor will be able to answer questions, show demonstrations, PowerPoint presentations and labs during the PKSXpanse Learning course.

PKS will provide technical support throughout the length of your PKSXpanse Learning course with us, beginning with the set-up and verification that takes place two to three business days prior to the start of your class.
